Apple is advertising its new Beats Studio Buds alongside the Samsung Galaxy 21, in a seemingly very un-Apple move designed to prove its latest headphones are for everyone.
As spotted by Phone Arena, the advert appears in the Amazon listing for the new buds. The marketing material includes a large 'Compatible with Apple and Android' as well as a paragraph touting one-touch pairing on both iOS and Android:
Of course, Apple didn't miss the opportunity to entice Android users with the benefits of the Apple ecosystem, but the message is clear, Apple's new Beats Studio Buds are for everyone, not just Apple customers.
It follows news earlier this week from analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who expects Apple to sell 100 million by 2021, in part thanks to a surge in popularity of its cheaper Beats buds and an emphasis on the Android market:
