Today, Apple expanded Apple Fitness+, the company's fitness streaming service, to fifteen new countries.
In a new interview with the Brazilian newspaper O GLOBO (via 9to5Mac), Jay Blahnik, Apple's Vice President of Fitness Technology, talked about the future of the service. Currently, Apple Fitness+ is only available in English with subtitles in Brazilian Portuguese, English, French, German, Italian, Russian, and Spanish. Blahnik says that the company is open to making the service available in other languages as well.
While Apple Fitness+ was basically designed for a pandemic world, Apple says that was unintentional and that they have always thought that the service was best if people were able to exercise with minimal equipment from anywhere.
Apple Fitness+ is available for $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year. It is also available as part of the Apple One Premier plan.
Apple's core services in one monthly price.
Apple One bundles together Apple's biggest and best services into a single monthly price. Coming in Individual, Family, and Premier levels, each version of the bundle lets you save money on the services and iCloud storage on offer, all of which would cost more if purchased individually.
