Apple is celebrating International Women's Day with a new Apple Watch Activity Challenge.

Today, Apple is hosting its latest Apple Watch Activity Challenge in celebration of International Women's Day. In order to complete the challenge, Apple Watch users must complete any workout for at least twenty minutes.

March 8 is a day to celebrate women around the world! Earn this award by doing any workout for 20 minutes or more. Record your time with the Workout app or any app that adds workouts to Health.

As with most Apple Watch Activity Challenges in recent memory, you can use any exercise app that integrates with Apple's Health app. This means that you can complete the challenge with Apple's own Workouts app, the Nike+ Running app, and more. Those who complete the challenge will receive a custom reward in the Fitness app as well as exclusive stickers in the Messages and FaceTime apps.

If you're wondering how to you can complete the challenge at home, you could always subscribe to Apple Fitness+, Apple's workout subscription service.

The challenge comes on the same day that Apple is hosting its March event, where the company is expected to announce a new iPhone SE, iPad Air, and at least one new Mac.
