With Breathe, your Apple Watch will tell you when its time to calm down
Coming along with watchOS 3, Apple will include a new feature called Breathe. Breathe offers simple deep breathing exercises designed to relieve stress and relax your mind and body.
Breathe allows you to set smart notifications to remind you to breathe. You can use the digital crown on the Apple Watch to adjust the time of your breathing exercises, and the app allows you to use it either with your eyes closed or by tapping your wrist. When you close out your session, you'll get a summary of your activity which includes your heart rate.
