Google rolls out official Android TV app for your iPhone

Google has rolled out an official listing for Android TV on the App Store. This app enables those with an iPhone to remote control their Android TV, utilizing the smartphone to effortlessly navigate content on the big screen. As an added bonus, you'll be able to tap the microphone to unlock access to voice search, just in case you'd rather save some precious minutes hunting down that one film.

Multiple iPhones can be connected to a single Android TV for local multiplayer gaming. All that's required to do is to have everything set up on the Android TV side of things, then simply make sure your iPhone is on the same home network as your TV. Give the app a download and let us know how you get on in the comments.
