Microsoft's latest update for PowerPoint turns your Apple Watch into a remote

The new remote will enable you to manage your live presentation on your Apple Watch, progressing through each slide without having to pick up your smartphone, tablet or PC. Some minor details like elapsed time, current slide number (as well as total number of slides) are also present on the wearable app.
