Savage Interactive, the studio behind the award-winning and popular creative iPad app Procreate, has released the newest version of its software today: Procreate 5. Reported by Macrumors, Procreate 5 is the largest release ever for the Procreate app, putting hundreds of new features into the hands of creators.
Some notable advancements include the new Valkyrie graphics engine which makes use of Apple's Metal architecture to run the software at up to 120 frames per second for compatible iPad models. The new Animation Assistant helps newcomers and veterans create animations, animatics, loop GIFs with ease. The app now includes a new Brush Studio which gives customers over 100 settings to custom build their own brushes.
